Our local Ghana Team served 253 children in a suburb of Kumasi!
Our local Ghana Team held a three-day outreach at Anglican Community School in Tanoso Community, a suburb of Kumasi! The school is composed of over 4,000 local children and is organized by clusters of primary and junior high school sections.
The Team spent three days screening the children in order to successfully divide the population by the treatment needed. On the following day, they treated 88 children in need of just scaling and polishing. The day after was dedicated to the 57 patients who were in need of extractions, and the remaining 108 patients were provided with sealants on the last day of the outreach.
The Smiles for Everyone Foundation would like to thank Team Ghana for providing services to this community and treating a total of 253 children!
